Here are some frequently asked questions

What is the significance of the weeks?

The concept is a weekly educational and craft box. Each box will cover 2 letters of the alphabet and include a variety of activities and projects pertaining to those letters and other valuable lessons. We are hoping to share our finished products through facebook and instagram and build a sense of community for the kids as they complete their boxes.

Do I purchase the boxes separately or as a subscription?

We encourage if you like the model of the weekly boxes, to subscribe. There will be ongoing projects throughout the weeks such as the Alphabet pages that can be turned into a book when we get to week 13.

What supplies do I need at home?

We provide everything you need for the projects! Sometimes a sharpie or glue gun might help but all the other materials are included!

How long will the box take to complete for a 2 year old vs a 5 year old and how much parental involvement is necessary?

Each activity in the box could inspire a full day or two of exploration, story telling and learning for the 3.5 to 5 year olds, where as some of the projects might be short and sweet and completed in 20-25 minutes for the 2-3 year olds. It truly depends on the child and the desired parental involvement. That being said, most all the activities will require assistance from a caregiver.

Where and how does the pick up happen?

Pick up will be available every friday from 10-12, at 2511 Santa Clara Ave. in Alameda. Your box will be labeled with your child’s name.

If I have more than one child, would each child need a box?

No, When you select your box to checkout, also add “a sibling” we will add extra materials so that you don’t have double or triple of everything

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes, but we’ll be sad to see you leave! Shoot us an email and we will cancel your subscription.

My little one has food allergies, are the boxes allergy friendly?

Some of the boxes do include materials that are food based, such as pasta, or craft supplies that contain allergens, such as play doh. If allergies are a concern, we recommend supervising the opening of the box to be sure your child doesn’t come into contact with their allergens.
